Handmade Wheat Bag filled with 100% Australian wheat and lightly scented with Australian lavender. Handmade with love on the Mornington Peninsula, Melbourne, Australia.
- Use as either a heat or cool pack.
- Assorted colourful designs from quality fabrics.

Please follow these safety instructions:
- Use only in microwave and take care whilst handling
- Do not overheat. Do not use in bedding.
- Keep with heating times to avoid possible burns or fire.
HEAT: Microwave for 1 minute. Reheat as needed for 1 minute only.
TIP: To prolong the life of your heat pack, heat with a mug of water in the microwave.
COOL: Place in freezer in plastic bag for at least 2 hours.
